The Play
round The World in 80 Days races its way around the globe, taking in continents, intrigue, love and even an elephant--all in the name of a bet. The eccentric Phileas Fogg wagers his life's fortune that he can circumnavigate the globe in just eighty days with his traveling companion Passepartout. The complicating factor? In Victorian England there are no planes. This is an incredible tale of adventure for all the family. The small cast will transport you round the world, via multitudes of characters, thirty four scenes, six boats, five trains, three fights and a circus, together with wonderfully funny feats of imagination.

Paradise Community Theater began its life as FACT (Faribault Area Community Theater). The first show was Carousel in 1987. Twenty years later with shows put on at the Middle School, High School and Shattuck, we became part of Paradise Center for the Arts.
